Book with Theresa Garner
Relax with a personalized massage treatment with licensed massage therapist Theresa Garner. Theresa offers a wide range of massage techniques and can include Deep Tissue, Craniosacral Therapy, and Somatic Emotional Release. Theresa graduated from UCMT in 1997. Book a massage with Theresa.
Charging Accounts
Members may charge massage appointments to their account. Non-Members are required to pay at the front desk after the appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
We suggest all clients arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the appointment time. This allows time to complete paperwork, and begin on time. If you are late, your massage time may be shortened. The full amount for the service is still due.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that in the event you need to cancel your massage appointment, please notify Grace 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in full charge of the session. To cancel or reschedule, please use the Calendly App or call the Front Desk.
Functional Nutrition with Sonja Stetzler
Sonja is a Registered Dietitian, providing nutrition and wellness coaching to the high country and Deer Valley. She brings a holistic and functional approach to improving her client’s health and wellness through nutrition. In addition to her wellness practice, she has co-authored 5 chapters in the recently published book, “Communicating Nutrition: The Authoritative Guide” published by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a chapter in “Life Cycle Nutrition for Public Health Professionals” textbook. Sonja has been recognized for her out-of-the-box programs, such as “Calorie Clown”, a program that teaches basic nutrition to kids, and “GroupCook”, a team building and wellness program for organizations. She has been twice awarded the coveted “Registered Dietitian of the Year” in two districts where she has lived.
